Refund policy

Return & Exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges.  All sales are final.

If you receive the wrong item, please send photos by email to thao.companyllc@gmail.com.  All claims must be made no later than 7 business days after date of delivery.

Cancellations

Any canceled orders after 2 business days will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

If items returns without notice a 25% restock fee will be deducted from the customers refund amount. This fee is intended to cover the cost of: inspecting and repackaging the item, any loss in value during delivery or return.
